I love this app , they offer many type of forms and features. Even they do custom things as per your requirement just for your store. Must recommended app. They also reply quick and provides good support.

This app is loaded with features. However, it has the ugliest looking form I have ever seen on the internet. They don't have instant chat for assistance.

Good app.. UI is a little quirky and needs improvement. Great support..!! Team would reach out after installing the app and help with any request over calls. Awesome experience.

Overall, a good app! Serves our needs for limiting access to verified wholesale customers. It allows us to approve or deny all new customer registrations. Support has been very helpful, too.

I rarely leave reviews but we've been using this app for a couple years now and it's been great! Very easy to set-up forms, update registration forms and when we've needed support their turn around is very fast! I highly recommend this app!

This is the first time I met online with the AI Trillion team. I am writing straight my the heart. The AI Success Team stayed with me until my enquiries turned into satisfactory results. They were very polite and helpful in every step of the way; never looking down on algorithm coding illiterates like me. Super responsive to help me out with the issue I was having. Not the most visually appealing forms but you can customize them if you know how to code. Coding is not necessary. Works exactly as expected. I have a newer template and this works seamlessly.

It's a pretty good app. You get a lot of customization features, and the conditional logic is the best way to handle customer inquiries. The support is relatively responsive and they can help with all of your needs. Would definitely download 10/10

This application help you to set redirection email when you have drawer with different subject and you want to create a ticket on CRM ! It was very helpful on Shopify to find this. Support team are very great ! They help us a lot and they are very friendly ;)
