This app no longer works properly, it flags up but no longer cancels the orders, no point in having it installed.

Has never worked properly. Does not block anyone, any email address, country etc. Therefore still getting Indonesian and Malaysian orders that should never get through that we have to cancel manually.

Garbage App, It doesn't work right 50% of the time. It cancel's peoples orders when its not supposed to. Way to finnicky.

Same fraud guy orders from me every month and my other fraud software catches him but Fraud filter does not. Shopify developers need to address blocking fraud emails that are blacklisted.

Come on Shopify what a STUPID APP! Your application has fraud alerts already, why would you not tie these into this app? How stupid are your developers. All fraud cases are generally one time customers, how the hell are we supposed to set a filter on them? The filter is the fraud analysis thats already been done.

would give it zero stars if I could as it cancelled non-fraudulent transactions. Had to quickly uninstall before it cost even more lost business

I really feel like Shopify doesn't give a single F about fraud. This app is a joke and a slap in the face to customers. Shopify might as well be in bed with the thieves. You provide a platform but you don't do anything to help me protect my customers. They are essentially your customers too Shopify!

I setup 5 rules to prevent a customer from placing orders on my site. None of them worked. Useless app.

This app is worthless. After talking to customer support and finding out that this app allowed you to create a series of filters for it to decide when to flag a purchase, I gave it the expectation that is was basically a blacklist. Simple enough. I set one filter of let me know when an order over $500 is made. It flagged every single $30 order as possibly fraudulent. Delete. I'll stick with the regular shopify fraud analysis.

This app does not work, and we mean at all! The app was designed with all the right elements in place, but somehow it was not plugged to shopify stores to actually do the job.

The biggest fraud happens when billing addresses are different than shipping addresses and when they use expedited shipping. Both of those functions are missing!

As "New Loops" wrote: Absolutely useless for digital products! Sorry, Shopify....

This app is terrible. The filters it allows you to stop orders are completely unhelpful - unless you happen to know the exact email address, IP address or other specific information that the criminal will use, it doesn't help. I'm not sure why it's designed this way because its a Shopify app and Shopify is actually very good at flagging fraud orders. But it doesn't allow you to automatically block or cancel orders that it believes are fraudulent.

This app doesn't work, we've set filters upon filters and none of the orders get caught. Don't waste your time.

Is this app a joke? Come on, Shopify. You can do better than this. How often are fraudulent orders re-using the same details? In our case: NEVER. So, I could set a "filter" that would flag an order if someone used the same contact details, but it's totally useless. We need REAL RULES: e.g. deny or flag an order if shipping location is X number of miles from order location. While we're on the subject, even without this app, Shopify could do more to make super-clear when an order is suspicious--not just a little triangle with exclamation point, how about a red banner across top of order page, highlight background of order with a warning color... WE SELL GIFTS. So, how are we supposed to know that an order is fraudulent just because someone places an order to be delivered to another state, anyway? Should we call/email every single customer prior to shipment? That's a really productive use of our small-business, work-at-home-parents time, definitely. It feels like no one is really looking out for us: someone buys an item from us (that we've paid for), we ship it out, and then LATER... not only are the funds withdrawn from our account, but we're levied a $15 FINE?! Someone got our merchandise, Shopify got processing charges, a bank gets a fee, and WE GET SCREWED. What a lovely system.

Horrible app. It definitely doesn't do enough for you and has not enough flexibility. I lost money using this app rather than it helping me. I'd highly suggest that you do this yourself than rely on this app that is poorly constructed and designed to have you actual fail more.

Terrible, does not block any order regardless of the method you use, email name etc..
