Before installing FraudBlock, I would have to make sure I manually canceled orders in my shipping software before my warehouse printed the labels out. FraudBlock makes this entire process seamless for me!

The app did exactly what it was supposed to do. I did not have to worry about it refunding, canceling and adding stock.

This app makes it very easy to deal with fraud orders and is a huge time saver so now I don't have to manually cancel orders. Very easy to use and would highly recommend!

I have used this app for the past two months and it has been very useful to prevent fraudulent transactions. would definitely recommend to any online business

This ap does exactly what it promises, but any time you need to manage it and say add someone to your "whitelist" it takes forever for the ap to load. Also, there is no "blacklist" option which would be nice. That said we're keeping the ap for now.

This app does exactly what it is advertised to do. We have been running it for a few weeks and have already stopped a number of fraudulent charges. Highly recommend this app. Could find nothing wrong with this app.

This app is incredible! I was receiving dozens of fraudulent orders a month that were being manufactured by my dropship company before I could catch them. With this app, everything is automated and it's one less thing I have to worry about. The support is incredible. Nick worked with me to create a custom 'Fraudulent Cancel Confirmation' which shows how above and beyond they are willing to go to make their customers happy. If you're receiving fraudulent orders and are having to pay chargeback fees, THIS IS THE APP FOR YOU!

After having to deal with a number of high-risk orders that ended up in monetary losses, we finally found an easy to integrate app that could manage and filter those orders effectively. This in turn has saved us time and money, by automatically dismissing fraudulent orders. We had tried a couple of other apps before, but they didn’t have the features we we’re looking for. We highly recommend FraudBlock!

Love the app, has saved us on multiple fraud orders so far. Really simple to setup and uses the fraud detection already implemented into Shopify's system. Would definitely recommend!
