The app is exceptional for overcoming the limitations of offers on Shopify. Integration and configuration are intuitive and simple. The support service is excellent, with always available operators and quick responses.

The app is easy to set up and very clear. The support is very easy to reach, very friendly and also fast. I would like to thank Mina in particular - her friendliness and thoughtfulness are impressive. Unfortunately, there are a number of bugs in the app, which are solved immediately by the support team, but they are annoying - especially given the price of the app. This brings me to the reason for the 3 stars: the price is unfortunately not justified for the number of functions - there are other apps that are cheaper and offer more.

I've used this app for a long time and it works well. Recent app updates are very good and it is much easier to use. Great support as well - Mina was very helpful.

So far so great. I was trying to hard to set up a "simple buy x get y free" and have it add to cart automatically but for the US only AND have it work with other offers. I wasted so much time trying to figure it out alone and then this app did exactly what I needed and the customer service was SO helpful and got my deal up and running right away!

This is seriously one of the best apps out there ... if you are looking to increase conversions and customer FOMO this is the app for you. The support team is also very fast and active unlike other shopify apps. I was messaging them on a Saturday night and they were responding very fast. Happy Sales.

Mikie was attentive, helpful and worked fast to resolve our customization questions while running two sales simultaneously. She was patient while I checked that all was working correctly after the fixes and made sure to stay on the chat with me until all was perfect. We look forward to using their app more!
