Absolutely first class customer service. Trix was able to answer and resolve a small issue I was having when displaying an offer generated by the app with a 3rd party checkout slide bar. App works perfectly now on both desktop and mobile devices.

Shoutout to Robert and Anne for the world-class support! I experienced an issue with setting up an offer and Robert was quick to jump in to help me with it. Louis is also quick to help troubleshoot some coding issues for us. The app work well with Buy 1 Get 1 promotion and it also has the ability to set up Purchase with Purchase deals. Easy to set up with a few clicks. Importantly, thumbs up to the customer support team - Trix & Louis who have greatly supported in the process of getting us familiar, and guidance in setting up with bundle deals. Definitely would recommend this app to e-commerce retail business in a consumer-centric environment.

Recently installed this app to run a promotion to give away items for sales over a $ threshold. The setup was intuitive however I did have some issues getting it exactly right. This is a really great app!!! I love all the free gift options/settings and Robert was awesome for mostly setting all this up for me. I first installed and then deleted this because I could not make it work-but I'm sooooo glad I gave it another chance and let them do the setup.
