I needed the ability to add a Free gift automatically to the cart. The support on this app is amazing! Brian is so helpful and got us up and running. He also tweaked it so it would work with stacked discounts. You can't beat the support team.

I wish I could live ZERO stars; this is the worst app I have ever encountered; they added so much code to my theme and destroyed so much of my custom settings. I tried reaching out to customer service, and they reply every 24hrs like clockwork(for a single reply), so if you are in a bind, don't expect a response until the next day, by that time, you just lost a bunch of sales. If you are reading this and thinking about getting this app DONT if you already did and you are looking for help removing all their destructive code, email me > [email protected] > UPDATE: There should be a way to reply to their reply They did next to nothing to fix the issues. DONT USE THIS APP. Also, NOTE the "sparklingvision" review was posted the very next day I posted my one-star review. It's clearly a fake review, be less obvious.

You cannot go wrong with the Free Gifts App and especially with the team behind it. The app works great and if you need any support Brian and Stephen are always available. Brian even helps me to fix a theme issue not related with their app in 5 min. Top service!

Fantastic app! Makes it quick and easy to offer special deals to our customer that would be impossible without it. We've been using this for over a year now and it is our go to for customer deals, gifts, and special offers. Their support is top notch! They are always very quick to respond and ALWAYS resolve any issues I have quickly, and if necessary, taking the reins and doing it for me to ensure everything is set up and working properly. GREAT SUPPORT! Highly, highly recommend these guys if you're needing more custom deals/offer options! UPDATE: We've used them on and off through the past 3 years. Tool and customer service is always top notch. GREAT SUPPORT STILL STANDS STRONG. Still highly recommended.

This app has good support from the developers. They respond to requests promptly, and provide ample support for the app. It functions well, although there could be better controls to customize the look without using custom css.

This app made a massive difference to how our cart operates in the best possible way. Customers really like to see the extra items physically in their cart and though the interface is a little clunky, the app is super powerful and can do anything we’ve wanted so far, very pleased!

Very useful app. Offering free gifts makes a big difference to my conversion rate. Developer is also very quick to resolve the minor issues I had.

The app did not work for us and caused our site to lockup. Support by email is in Asia. So if you live anywhere in the USA, your issue will not be addressed until the following day. It's a great concept though. We didn't get to use because it bought our site to a halt.

The app was a little clunky to get started, but the support team were great at getting us sorted and also fixing my user error issues straight away. The app did exactly what we needed, with bonus add-ons.

While it didn't work out great for us to continue using long term, the app is useful and the support is great! After having issues and having support fix majority of it, we ended up with additional compatibility issues with our theme and 2-3 other app we were using so we had to get rid of this one but for most shops it should be fine!
