While the back end is pretty good, if free gift set up is not perfect for your store they have FANTASTIC customer support who will go in and do it for you!

Great app with an awesome support staff. Have helped me implement some custom changes. For promotions where there is more than one gift choice, I'm hoping they can implement automatically adding a default gift if the customer proceeds to checkout without choosing a gift. That would complete an already great app.

I had some challenges, very probably with the way we had set up our GWP, I have no technical ability and normally I have a team of people that work our website, however this was at the weekend and everyone was out of the the office. I contacted BOGOS through the chat and didn't expect a reply because it said it was closed at the weekend, however David from BOGOS replied and was extremely helpful. He asked me relevant questions to find a solution and when I said I really had no idea on how to implement that solution David did it for me. He then monitored our site for a 24hr period to ensure that the GWP was still working. David contacted me at the end of this and checked in to see if everything was still ok. Thanks David, great 5* service.

The support is fantastic and Brian and Trix have personally worked with us to style the free gifts app in the cart to match our theme, and support on other questions. This support wasn't charged and I am very impressed with his responsiveness. Every time we've had a question or a query a member of the team has helped us out very quickly. Great app and does the job it is designed to very well.

The app is really easy to use, it totally encourage our customer the make the extra mile and add some more product only for a free gift. The team is great also, they are really helpful and quick to fix or explain anything related to the app. Great job guys!
