I love using this app for promotions on our website. It really helps cut down on the customer service questions and issues that we've had in the past before using the app. Easy to use and support responds in a timely manner if you need them. I would definitely recommend.

I'm giving this 5 stars because their support is awesome. The instructions aren't THAT helpful because each theme is different. They worked with our theme which had a number of varying implementations. The Secomapp team was very flexible with us, entering their code into our theme quickly.

The app is great. I tried their competition and chose this one. It does just what you want it to. Even better than the app is the support. Stephen went above and beyond to install the app and to help my shop run smoothly. He removed some inactive code from another app that was slowing down my site. I could not be happier with the service and I'm so glad I chose this app!

Good app in theory, but glitchy and not worth the money - $15.99 is FAR too expensive, particularly for something I will use only a few times a year. Some super-frustrating glitches include: I have to delete the gift product and recreate and re-upload them because after the offer ends, the products become mysteriously "unavailable" and not even Shopify could repair it. Also you have to rely on customer honesty - I set it to give a free gift for purchases over $16, which it did, but if someone had only $4 in their cart, and added the free gift product (which was full price $15), then they got it for free instead of paying full price even though their cart did not total $16. Aww, so very tired of sloppy apps :-(

John, is such a great guy with a lot of patience ! I've been running a shopify store for about a month now and realised that I needed a good app to run buyx get y offers in order to drive sales. I tried a few others which were extremely cumbersome and required a lot of insane code to get going. I struggled slightly with this one too, but John (The co-founder) basically held my hand through the entire process and it turned out to be extremely easy in the end (User error was the stumbling block). Thank you to John and his team for an amazing app !!!

First off I want to say that the support we received when implementing this app was phenomenal! The developer integrated the app for us and answered all of our questions, it was absolutely seamless and wonderful. In regards to the functionality of the app, it works wonderfully and does everything it promises and is very easy to use. Great app and I would HIGHLY recommend it!
