Does exactly what is described. A lot of setup options, which is great. And technical support is super efficient, super friendly and super fast!

We urgently needed to set up this app for a pre-black friday deal that involved giving free gifts if a customer's order met a $ amount. Their support responded right away to help us set up in a timely manner and responded to all our questions quickly. The app worked great for the free gift deal which motivated customers to want to buy in order to get the gift. Great app and great support!

For order packing, we need every item to appear on the order sheet with a corresponding barcode, and needed a way to automatically add custom inserts and stickers to all of our shipments. This may not be the typical use-case scenario for the Free Gifts app, but it was a simple and highly recommended way to do it without paying for expensive custom programming. The app works just as we hoped, and the tech support from Secomapp has been great. 5 stars!

It helped me a lot to make offers and it works great. I would like the design were more customizable, but that's all.

This is a very good and solid app. Whenever we had issues, the customer support team has been quick and phenomenal. Nicolas was quick to help address any issues we've came across while changing through multiple themes. He made the whole experience seamless, easy and super quick. Also, due to some complications with another App that we are also currently running (Bold Product Options), Nicolas was able to help make everything compatible with some clever editing! I am doing a trial with this app. I must tell that the support I have receive is really great, all my problem were solved immediately and the app is just working great. I must wait the results, but all the preparation was just perfect for me.
