Well there is great customer service and then there is Naomi customer service. She friendly, patient and was available to help out when we had a problem pre launch. This app only allows 5 stars but she deserves 10 :-)

Excellent support from Mina. The app is overall good; however, there are a few functionalities where the workflow didn’t quite align with my expectations. I’ve shared my concerns and requested that they be reviewed and considered for future improvements.

The app fulfills its purpose well, as it effectively encourages customers to reach a specific spending threshold in order to receive a free gift. A key factor is setting the threshold at a reasonable level from the start - lower thresholds tend to work better, and in practice the final cart value still ends up being higher. For this reason, I strongly recommend experimenting with different price thresholds. The app itself offers a wide range of features and flexibility, and overall I highly recommend it. Mina was very helpful today! We just started using the free gift offers and had a lot of questions about the functionality of the app. Mina was great in answering and handling all the small issues that came up. Austin & Naomi were brilliant at helping me get a 3 for 2 offer live for our newsletter customers only. I was having issues with being able to see the discount, and then the discount showing on the site, which I did not want. There were a few thingsi had not selected and cleared, and after their advice andexplanationss it was all set up and running. The response time was brilliant, especially when i was on a deadline.

It has a minor learning curve, but when I finally got Amy, she was able to assist me. The first rep “Daniel” didn’t want to help.
