The app works excellent. But next to that: they have great customer service. Mina worked really hard to help us out. They always reply SO fast, doesn't matter what time it is. Amazing!!

Installed the app and it was easy to understand & get setup. The few things that we need help with Mina, Mikie & David worked to sort for us in extraordinarily quick manner. Can't ask for more!

MINA Is a SUPERSTAR. I tried 4 apps before this one and none of them worked alongside my quantity break bundle app . BOGOS Works and works well . Mina understood all my complicated gifting tiers and within less then 10 minutes set up all my 6 free gift tiers each one with different conditions and all this on a website with a foreign language to her And not to forget this was all done on a saturday too!!! . 10/10 A+

I am using this app from last 3-4 years, this is very good app for giving automatic freebies to your customers. Also, instant support is excellent. Hight recommended this app who want to add gifts automatically to cart.

What can I say about Mina in the BOGOS Team? An absolutely wonderful, helpful and charming human! She guided me through the many queries and processes so dutifully and with enthusiasm. I couldn't recommend BOGOS services enough, especially with people like Mina in the team!

Anne from Bogos is incredible. She responded immediately and took care of our issue right away. She came to our store, created all the solutions, and was incredibly fast. We were actually in trouble, with our customers complaining. It was an emergency, and she resolved everything in just 5 minutes. Thank you so much, Anne! You are truly incredible!!

We've been using the Bogos app for the past two months. Anne and the team at Bogos have been incredibly supportive. Every time we got stuck and needed help with configurations or setting up a scenario, they provided the required answers and guidance within minutes. Their response time via chat is exceptionally quick. I have never experienced such responsive support from any company. Thank you for all the assistance and support, Anne. This app replaced two apps I was using and it works amazingly! I had a few issues getting it set up with me theme and cart drawer but the team was so helpful. Especially Limo, who helped me set up the free gifts in a way that excludes my wholesale customers. They even let me know a few settings that I should turn on that I wasn't aware of. Thank you!
