Amazing Customer Service: I have been on Shopify for many years now and have tried a lot of apps over time... nothing compares to the customer support I received form David, it was 1. extremely quick AND off hour (as I decided at 6pm to set up a new app for an email going out at 6am the next day) but 2. also very friendly and easy along the way... I'm excited to continue to use this app and have access to other (hopefully equally as awesome) Customer Representatives like David.

This is the perfect app our team was looking for. Easy set up for diverse free gift rules! We are so glad that we have found this app, works so well. We use this app to run more complex gift-with-purchase promotions and it's been a great tool! It's easy to navigate for simple promotions that we want to run, but it can get more confusing when there's more complexity to the promotions.. Although it can get confusing at times, I give this app 5 stars because of the excellent customer support! They are always quick to respond to my questions (even though we have a 14 hour time difference!), help me set up promotions, and help us customize pop-ups to fit our brand + styling. I've recently been working with David and he has been very helpful in solving our problems and walking me through everything so I understand clearly...and I ask a LOT of questions. My advice - reach out for help if you get stuck or if you don't like how something looks!! They're so helpful and supportive - it's been a great experience so far!

It allows you to add the free gift to the cart, which we find makes for alot better conversions then simply stating it comes with it. We also had an issue (our own fault) and the company not only told us what was wrong, the went ahead and fixed it as a draft, and then followed up two days later just to be sure it was still working.

These guys are AMAZING!!! The best customer support I've seen in YEARS. I was able to build a promotion with three different tiers with different gifts in each- fantastic!!! Highly recommeneded for marketers. David and the dev team were outstanding.

I just launched my 1st promo using this app and it's awesome. The app took 2 seconds to install, and customer service sent me a live chat message offering their assistance to help me launch my first promo. I honestly did very little work which was really nice being new to the service. The app is really intuitive to use and customer service was 5 stars!

This is an incredible App, so happy with it!! I was looking for a a shopify app that'll help me build very specific promotions- buy x get y, buy over a certain amount and get z. Anna, Ellie and the rest of the support team were super helpful and set up everything for me- seriously I didn't have to do a thing, and they were sweet and kind about every request. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great support. Setting up was easy. No bugs so far, we just set it up in a matter of minutes and lets see how it goes from here. UPDATE after 2 weeks: After using the APP for 2 weeks, we encountered the first serious bug, people were able to add the gifts to their cart without reaching any treshhold. After looking at negative reviews, I see the problem is fairly common. However, after reporting the BUG, they supposedly fixed it, but after checking it was not fixed. Then again I reported it, then again after 24hours I get notified that its fixed.... but again... just to find out, that its still not fixed. either they do not even check after they "fix" things.... or they dont know how to fix it. This is getting ridiculous. At this point, we lost trust in their devs and will most definitely move away to a different app.
