Great support! Their team work is really good. Despite of time differences, somebody was always there to chat with me and helped me. They solved the issue I had quickly and explained it to me the way I could understand. Even tho there is some things that I wish I could do with this app (I wanted to change the free gift item title so that it's clear to customers that it's free gift), I am comfortable to keep using this app and very satisfied with their customer service.

The app it good - support are very helpful and quick! Robert and Mikie were helping me fast and made all adjustments I asked for. But it will be nice to have more options inside the app - like changing size of the pop-up, and add custom description. In this case I will not interrupt support and will do everything by myself.

The support from these guys is awesome. I had one minor question and they were on top of it really fast, and helped get my offer set up correctly. I have used this app several times (I create a lot of ecommerce sites) and they have always been so easy to work with and the app works exactly as I need it to. Highly recommend using this app for promo deals!

I was thoroughly impressed with the quick and efficient customer service provided by this app and the support team. The user interface was easy to navigate, and the support team was knowledgeable and responsive, addressing any technical issues I encountered promptly and effectively. That being said, I did come across one minor issue that I feel could be improved upon. It appears that the app does not offer the option to set different messages for the gift sliders, instead relying on a global message to be displayed regardless of the activated offer. This could potentially limit the ability of users to customize messages to specific gift offers. Despite this drawback, the app's overall functionality and outstanding customer service more than make up for it. The app's team was able to address my concerns in a professional and courteous manner, making the process smooth and stress-free.

Their customer service is prompt and very knowledgeable. I have 6 Shopify Stores and many personalization demands for each and they were able to accommodate them easily. I wish every Shopify App was this good :)

I have to thank both David and Louis for helping me install and get my first offer on our website today, they have both been very helpful, knowledgeable, and also patient with me. This app & development team are amazing! Here is why.... 1. Increased my AOV significantly 2. So easy for anyone to install and setup 3. Best customer service!
