Mina was extremely helpful in assisting with our questions and action items! Responded immediately and within 5 minutes, helped us with everything needed, to make our store look great with BOGOS on our product pages. Highly recommend!

I've only just installed the app but so far, it's working exactly as expected with a few extras that I am delighted by both the ease of use as well as the incredibly responsive tech support. Anne was on the line (even after hours!) and helped me with everything - from removing the brandmark to customizing the text for the free gift in the checkout. I am thrilled with my experience so far and am happy to recommend this app for GWP, Bundles, and shop and save frameworks.

Love this app. I have use it across multiple clients. Their customer service is on point and super fast to respond. I have never had any code issues but setup issues, even during Black Friday, were answered fast.

Anne was so quick and helpful in setting up my offer. She helped me immediately through the chat box to help make the app function on our site and was ready to go in only a few minutes. Really great and quick customer service! The app is great for automatically adding the free gift to the cart so customers don't have to. Just can't use it for buy one get one item XX% off and the design is set besides adjusting the colours but otherwise easy to use.

Mina from the Support team was absolutely amazing! She helped me so quickly and efficiently, making the whole experience seamless. Seriously, they have GREAT customer service. Just finished with David and he was AMAZING!!! Super fast, honest, and ridiculously helpful! All of this happened even after their auto-response came up saying that customer service wasn't open on weekends! The app really has been a dream and their customer service is WONDERFUL!!! I've always gotten my questions answered and I feel cared for in it all.

A very good application. It was the only one that met my requirements: allowing gift items to be hidden from the main catalog. The support team responds very quickly, fulfilled all my requests promptly, and now everything on my site works exactly as I wanted
