I’ve worked with many free third-party apps before, but this is the only one that offers real customer service through chat. It’s absolutely worth it because you have someone to communicate with in real-time, rather than waiting hours for a response or getting generic replies that don’t solve the problem. I’m really impressed with this company. They contact you directly, provide clear guidance, and even go into your app to fix things for you. Their support is amazing, and I’m very happy with their service.

I've just started using the app so I can't rate the app fully yet but Daniel and Louis's support was really helpful to get me set up. I appreciated that immediate support very much.

Took less than an hour to get this all set up and looking good to match our site. Robert answering all my questions clearly and quickly and Brian coding at the same time. I was worried that set up would be time consuming and difficult but it's VERY user friendly with loads of different offer templates to suit your business and what you sell. We are a luxury brand so it's always important that offers are tailored and don't devalue what we do. This is a great solution which I hope will bring added value and fun for the customer when shopping with us. Happy I went with BOGOS after contemplating many other similar apps .

The customer support here is amazing! They have always been so quick at answering any of our questions and resolving any issues! Anne and Louis fixed a tech issue within a few minutes and were a pleasure to deal with.

EXCELLENT customer service by this team! Mina, David and Wayne helped me set up a number of offers ahead of BFCM and I couldn't have done it without them! This app works great and with the help of the team I feel confident going into this sale! 10/10 recommend!

This app is great and does exactly what we need it to! David, our Support was very helpful in getting all of the customizations we wanted, including custom fonts, and provided us quick responses to issues we ran across.
