EXCELLENT customer service by this team! Mina, David and Wayne helped me set up a number of offers ahead of BFCM and I couldn't have done it without them! This app works great and with the help of the team I feel confident going into this sale! 10/10 recommend!

This app is great and does exactly what we need it to! David, our Support was very helpful in getting all of the customizations we wanted, including custom fonts, and provided us quick responses to issues we ran across.

This tool is amazing. I am a novice, so I had to ask for support, and Mina was so quick to answer and so kind and helpful. She knew exactly how to set up what I wanted to set up. Highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to buy x get y.

The support team has been incredibly helpful! David from the support chat and Raw from the development team solved my issues with our discount codes and custom cart integration very quickly, and in time for our big Black Friday sale. I just downloaded this APP today and my god not only the app but the customer service chat is beyond exceptional. In 2 min I was assisted by David and then Anne and they both resolved my issues literally right away. And the great thing about this is, if there is any custom coding work that needs to be done to make sure the app features work on your theme, they will have they Dev team code it in just a few hours and have you straight. Highly recommend. The support team is great. Thank You David and Anne.

Daniel on the Support team has been an amazing help during this Black Friday/Cyber Monday season. We have multiple gifts and offers running simultaneously and he has been instrumental in helping me troubleshoot offer issues and setup. The team is incredibly quick to respond in general and offers clear communication. The app itself is good. There are a few things I wish were different: 1) the creation of a duplicate gift sku that is created by the app once an offer is activated. This creates a bit of double work when setting up and testing the promo rules. Additionally it creates a weird blank spot at the bottom of the collection page for each gift you create. Not super ideal.
