Absolutely amazing support they help making any offer you need been using this app for over a year and they respond in 1 minute every time! THE BEST OF THE BEST you need them for your offers conversion rate doubled always!

Was looking for an app that would allow us to do free gifts with purchase and have it automatically add to cart. On the plus side it also has the bundles feature. Mostly easy to use. Whenever we've had questions they are super quick to help and fix anything. The only thing we didn't love about this app was there was how the pop up functioned for us, didn't have quite the customization we would have liked, but overall very easy to work with app. Works on POS too which is a huge plus.

The BOGOS support team is super helpful and informative. They have been an excellent help in setting up campaigns. In particular, AMY helped us set up the campaign at BlackFriday season with great dedication and speed!

We’ve used a variety of apps for our store to handle discounts, locked pages, upsells, and more, but this one is hands down the best we’ve ever tried. The support team is absolutely incredible—responses are almost instant, and even on their off days, the wait time is no longer than what you’d expect from any other app company. Mina was especially helpful, promptly answering all our questions and troubleshooting issues. The app itself is highly customizable and offers an impressive range of features for creating and tailoring discounts exactly to your needs. One downside is the app doesn't show saving, David and Daniel said they could code to show the amount they save, but than came back a day later and told us they could not do that in the app, which was a little disappointing. But the customer service is amazing and I still Highly recommend!

Big thanks to BOGOS support team who always help me to find and solve the issue i experience so far when creating the offers. Especially big thanks to Mina who patiently help me to check the issue and tried to access to my store, check and finding the root cause and help to provide solution. She has good explanation and give the instruction to me to reproduce the steps and now the issue is sorted out. She is really really good!! Looking forward to reach her again if i have any question/concern

Mina hat mir super weitergeholfen. Insgesamt eine coole App, aber wenn man sie kombinieren will mit Rabatten etc, dann kann das schon ein bisschen Geduld in Anspruch nehmen. Aber der Support ist super
