Hello Atogob Group Team, We appreciate your feedback and we are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our app. However, please allow us to explain how the statistical data of our app are gathered. Our app's statistical data are gathered through javascript calls to our servers and our only purpose for this small portion of the app is to measure the app's performance to discover trends or to compare its performance on your store with previous periods. Our app statistics only display inferred statistical values which is why they should not be taken as exact values as they may include orders that were later on canceled and other factors. Order modifications are not taken into account, as they may include taxes and the amounts displayed do not include discounts or shipping costs. That is why we highly suggest giving some considerable allowance in your report for these situations where we have no control. However, you can still rely on the data as these are real data coming from your store. For the actual products sold using the app, you can actually gather this information if you have conversion tracking enabled on the app tracking preferences. With conversion tracking, the app adds a Shopify cart attribute that can be used for app auditing and will appear on your Shopify order details page so you can know exactly which purchased products were added by the app. Since you have never reached out to our Support Team, there isn't any chance we could have explained it to you or addressed any concerns you may have with the statistical data you have gathered against what our app has provided. The App works great. We haven't finished our free trial yet and it is already increasing sales. The only thing I could complain about is that there is no bulh edit feature for "Manage Bundles". It would be easier if I could add the same upsell to a range of like products at ones instead of having to go into every product. I have over 2000 products. Otherwise ths app works fantastic!

I don't know if I would recommend this app. The concept is great but the products it is putting together on my page don't make any sense. Like baby products with kitchen or beauty products, that do not go together. It must be able to match the same product line together to make it awesome for the customer.

We have checked your current configuration and as we have also explained in our email to you, you can achieve your desired bundle combination and have full control over the product recommendations. Apart from relying on the app's capability to automatically generate recommendations for you (automatic - if you have previous sales history and random - for products with no sales history yet), you can configure manual recommendations which will allow you to assign your desired products and have full control over your bundle combination.
