Fantastic app and one of the best for FBT functionality that I've tried since we set out to add this to our site. Support is super responsive, and with a little bit of CSS elbow grease, we were able to make it look like a seamless part of our site. Very pleased.

Just what we are were looking for to add options to the main product. No issues setting up and easy to use. We switched auto suggestions off, and just use manual- but that is a function of what we sell.

The app was instantly on my store as soon as I added the app, with no issues whatsover. Nothing was weirdly aligned as I've seen with other apps before, and it allowed me to move on to the next thing on my to-do list for the day without extra work to get it up and running. There are also options to customize which products are shown for specific product pages which I love having that feature. Lastly, I received an email within a few hours from customer service asking if there was anything that I'd like for them to change in regards to the positioning of the widget, colors, etc. That little extra step helps a lot so that I have a point of contact in case any issues arise in the future, or if I'd like to change the colors later, etc. Very pleased with this app so far, and I'm excited to watch it in action and bring us more sales! :)

I love how you can directly see if an order was made using this app. Already got an order with this app, so I know it definitely works! I needed to tweak the style of it to fit mobile devices better. I sent their team an email and in less than an hour, they had responded and made the adjustment!

So far so good, Installed this app like the one with more reviews eventually had some extra fees per website traffic which isn't ideal for us at the moment. After installing the app tried moving the cross sale widget to a deferent place on the product page but since it didn't work, contact the app support and they adjusted the widget position on the same day. By all means - this is an amazing support.

The install was very easy. After reading the documentation you'll easily find how to modify the css. The only thing i would say, your changes take a bit of time to show on the live site we have found. Support was great.

I installed this app yesterday and it is to early to tell if any extra's have been bought. However, the customer support is amazing. I read the instructions on how to move the placement of the cart to another place on my page and it did not seem to work for my site. I emailed them and 10 minutes later they did it for me and changed the theme to match my theme. Later that night I was showing the app to a friend on my phone and it was not appearing on mobile. I emailed them that moment and a few moments later it was fixed.

I was looking for an app that highlighted other products for customers to look at and after reviewing and installing a few different apps, this was the app that I decided to keep. I am extremely impressed about how easy it was to install. I didn't need to make any code changes and it was already up and running. It was really easy to read the settings and make adjustments. Finally, I was very surprised that the next day, I had an email from Code Black Belt that they reviewed my site and had some suggested adjustments for their app to look more integrated. I was blown away. That is excellent customer service! I am extremely impressed and happy about this app. Great work!
