The customer service is stellar. They respond so quickly and I've asked for tips and assistance with widget placement (due to my own mess ups) several times during the free trial period. Even if I decide to go with a different app I will let my free trial end just so they get paid for the time they spent on me! Pros/strong points: - Looks beautiful - Displays the discount price - Does not create a variant, simply generates a discount code. - Can place anywhere on product page. - It WORKS. Not buggy at all. - The price is so good! Surprisingly low for such a well-built app. Cons: - I wish I could customize the amount of recommendations shown PER product. Some products I want to show just one item to bundle and other products I want to show two potential items to add. Currently the setting applies to all your product pages. Not a biggie though. - I wish I could also choose to show this widget on the cart page. This is a great app however, and in the first week of installing, over 20% of my orders were directly related to customers using this widget's suggested bundles... That was an addition of about $1,000.

I set up this app on Saturday. On Monday we had our first purchase add on directly from it. The products it chooses, though, weren't appropriate so we did need to manually choose our products to connect.

Still in the trial period, but this app looks very promising. It's simple yet quite customizable. So far I love it.

Installed the app tweaked with the settings got it setup ok but wasn’t as clean as I would like with my theme. I submitted a ticket very late at night on a Saturday not expecting to hear back until Monday. To my surprise 5 min may have gone by and they were already working on senselessly integrating it. After dealing with my super picky OCD for around 2 hours it now blends in perfectly with our site looking like it was designed with it. Not only do I get to add a feature of the top eCommerce company out there (Amazon) but I've never experienced such great customer support in all my life. We have gotten lots of use with this app! It lets you manually set the recommendations for each item which is what we use. Worth it if you need a good recommended products app!

I find this app to be very confusing and not easy to navigate. I watched the Video Tutorials and emailed the team 3 times trying to follow their instructions. Not worth my time
[Note: the feature which allows developers to reply to reviews has only been available since March 2019, that's the reason for the late reply] Unfortunately, the merchant was having trouble configuring manual recommendations in their admin page. Our team offered explanation and assistance throughout our correspondence. However, we do not have access to a merchant's admin page (only our app preferences) and would have been happy to help and show how to configure recommendations, but the app was subsequently uninstalled. We reached out to the merchant inviting them to reinstall the app so we could show how it works and its true potential and functionality, if configured properly, and offered to speak via telephone to help as a gesture of goodwill, but unfortunately we received no reply.
