I just installed the app today. It was pretty straight forward to setup. It has a lot of custom options available. Within one hour of installing it, they came in to help me tweak some theme settings without me even asking. I hope it increases my sales. As for what it does, I am very pleased so far.

Great app, easy to use and looks great. Currently only use manual selections as the Auto adds all products from an order even if they are not at all 'related'.

Now I have a great looking related product recommendations, ready to be added to the customer's cart! And the developers are very helpful and proactive!

I love how you can directly see if an order was made using this app. Already got an order with this app, so I know it definitely works! I needed to tweak the style of it to fit mobile devices better. I sent their team an email and in less than an hour, they had responded and made the adjustment!

i love it looks amazing on the store. and this helps customers see more items that match what they want . the installation on this app IS SOOOO EASY AND EFFORTLESS!! i wish more apps was like that! again love it and look forward to seeing what it can do for the store :) xx

I am VERY impressed with the customer service. Added this app on Thanksgiving, and early Black Friday morning our app had been customized to match our store's theme/brand. So far- love it!!

Really good app, but haven't really got sales yet. On the other hand, the algorithm matching of group buy doesn't seemed to match the similar type of products for Frequently Bought together, probably the developer should work on that.
[Note: the feature which allows developers to reply to reviews has only been available since March 2019, that's the reason for the late reply] After installation, a quality checkup was done by our team to see if the app was working well and tuned to their theme. The merchant wrote this review only 2 hours after they had the app installed and did not have any previous sales history and very few products for sale. We wrote to the merchant to explain that the app needs time to build recommendations based on previous sales history and that recommendations can be set to automatic, random, manual and global, but given that the store was relatively new with very few products to sell and had no sales history, the best option would be to set it to random or manual recommendations first. Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply from the merchant. Please note that our recommendations algorithm has been performing very well for thousands of merchants who make sales on a daily basis.

Very easy to setup and use so I'll give it an A+++++. I haven't used it long enough to get a ROI but I'm sure it'll boost my revenue.
