FreshCredit ‑ Store Credit

This app is basic a fancy way to used discount codes. its not cash. i can't use discount codes and fresh credit at the same time.

I don't mean to leave a review but I couldn't find another way to ask a question. I set up FreshCredit as per the video, walked my customer through the steps as per the video and his credit didn't show up in check out and he got fed up and just ended up paying which was rather embarassing. Could you pls help me figure out/fix what went wrong pls?

Annoyed that my customers cannot view their store credits, depending on what device or browser is used. The credit also kicks out any other discount (wholesale or vip). Disappointed!

I wanted to use this because we do not allow order cancellations and wanted to be able to with store credit. Unfortunately the software does not properly sync customers

Seems like it could be perfect but not loading all my customers so there's no way to link all my current outstanding credits for use online etc. Reached out to customer service (phone and web) and no one has gotten back to me...

Finally a cost efficient and streamlined store credit app, this app has made our returns process 3 x more efficient by saving us around 2 minutes per credit we issue, and for a store with 10s of thousands of customers this is something we badly needed, if you are still creating individual discount codes as store credits for your customers I would highly suggest this app!

HORRIBLE. Because it doesn't work. Customers are trying to checkout and can't because the credit isn't showing up in their account. I literally have to send screen shots to show people it is in there. AND, a customer cannot use a coupon code and their store credit at the same time. That is insane. A store credit is like cash. Why would you not also be able to use a coupon and cash. This needs serious work.

WARNING!!! If you use additional notes in your check out process it will conflict. Customer Service took a week to let me know and then said "they are too busy" to fix the issue. Quite sad for an app that wants's it's customers to pay a monthly fee. I can't think of a worst response aside from no response. If customer service is something you are looking for, move on to another app. Fortunately for potential customers, I am not too busy to write this negative review.

Fresh Credit works great, and the customer service + troubleshooting is fantastic! Would highly recommend.

Uses a discount code, so if your customers also have a discount code they want to apply, like during a sale, they can't

Store credits were a must-have for us to migrate to Shopify, and Fresh Credit delivered just in time. This is a hassle-free way to give customers store credits instead of a discount code that they can lose or share, without worrying about creating customer groups etc. Of course, there are some things we'd like to have within Fresh Credit, but I'm confident they will be included in future updates. Thank you, Todd!

Great app and easy to use! We have used this app for several months and have had no issues. Customer support is very easy to get a hold of as well.

I called in to get help setting up Fresh Credit. I left a message and got a call back very quickly from Todd. Todd was not only incredibly kind, but he was incredibly helpful as well. He was able to resolve my issue on the fly and get everything up and running with no issues. I will continue to recommend and use Fresh Credit on any sites I work on in the future!

I've just started using Fresh Credit with my website and so far has been incredibly easy. There was one coding issue through my Shopify site that kept it from showing in a customer's account but it was easily and quickly fixed by the representatives. I think my customers will love having this feature!

We've used probably 30 apps over the years to manage our store, so we have a lot of experience. This one has to be the worst by far that we have ever come across. Seriously. It's that bad. Don't even waste your time.
