In May, my team installed the Freshly App to monitor the expiration dates of products stored in our warehouse. After a long search, we finally found this app and began using it primarily for recording expiration dates of incoming products. However, I repeatedly heard feedback from my staff that the app was not very user-friendly, and tracking product information was somewhat challenging. I hadn’t personally used the app myself, so I wasn’t sure if this feedback was accurate. Last week, I decided to explore the App and was initially set on removing it. After thoroughly exploring its features, instructions, and various options available for customizing our store, I came to a surprising conclusion: this App is perfect for expiration date management. Freshly enables full automation of one of the most critical processes in inventory management, saving us significant time and effort. During my personal setup, I had a few questions and reached out to support. Each time, I received responses within two hours. While some responses were brief, with links for further reading, I appreciated the comprehensiveness of the information provided in their resources. After testing all features, I realized I needed additional theme code adjustments, and Freshly support team went above and beyond to accommodate my requirements. For two days, they worked diligently to implement custom adjustments that weren’t initially included in the app’s capabilities, meeting all my expectations by the end. Overall, I am genuinely impressed by Freshly and its support team. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, coupled with the app’s robust functionality, has left me thoroughly satisfied. This app has revolutionised our store and we truly couldn't operate without. It works flawlessly and offers an efficient and effective way of tracking our batches across our warehouse. The team over at freshly go above and beyond in assisting their customers, even when they don't have to. I can't fault them enough

The app is great. Very easy to use and eliminates manually tracking multiple expiration dates. Customer service is amazing. I was having trouble with integrating expiration dates to my store and they went in and set it all up for me.

Excellent app with amazing tech support. No longer need to worry about whether stock is getting short-dated as Freshly automates it all for us. Our customers have full visibility of the shelf life of the product they're buying (although you can choose not to display it too), and we have full traceability. Also helps us to comply with VMD regulations for animal medicines. Highly recommended if you have perishable products.

I've been using Freshly on a store with specific inventory tracking needs as part of a strict food safety program. It's worked wonderfully the whole time and there are surprisingly very few other options for this app/service. Additionally, some of the other options are way overpriced. Recently, a new Shopify feature allowed me to remove a complicated system I had in place for specific warehouse fulfillment/inventory based on shipping location of the order, and the new strategy caused a communication error between Shopify and Freshly data. The support team at Freshly was quick to respond to my request and helped me implement a system that meets all my needs perfectly. I appreciate the product and the service and strongly recommend Freshly to those looking for managing inventory and lot/batch data easily. I also recommend that anyone who uses Freshly get comfortable importing and export batch data. Thank you Cherry and the rest of the support team that helped!

Responsive Support. The app didn't work the way we needed it to initialy, but in about a week the support team for freshly had it working for us.

I had used this app for almost 2 years. Everything seems working fine until i noticed that i had product expired that i was not able to delete the batch. Contact the support and for over 1 week they tried to fix the issue but then i got no answer and start noticing that i had other product with same issue. I have installed the app and now the expiration still showing on my store. I have contact support, again, and i hope they got back to me to remove all the codes. Expensive app that didnt work for my store!

The Freshly app is good and helpful for displaying live and in-time expiration dates. The best part is that the support team is very nice and helpful, and will make sure to fix any issues that come up with the site or theme. Would recommend to use for stores that have this need!

In theory, does what it says. Practically, not really, price changes randomly for products, no sales tag so no clue what discount was applied, also expired items go out automatically, but i still want to sell them and no option to continue selling the item. Wrote several messages to support, but it seems that they are too busy to reply to me. Kind regards.

We haven't fully utilised this app yet as the initial setup if you have a lot of products is a big task, counting and recording every single batch and best before date. We are still in that process. However what we have experienced so far is some incredible support, willing to go above and beyond with any issue you may have. We're very impressed so far. Thank you.
