Support is friendly and fast response
Excellent app with genuinely outstanding support We have used Consentmo for some time, but recently carried out a much more thorough review of our privacy and cookie consent setup as we expanded our Shopify store internationally and into multiple languages. I have been extremely impressed. Consentmo gives us a great deal of control while still making a fairly complicated area of ecommerce manageable. We have been able to configure our consent banner, regional privacy requirements, privacy request pages, cookie information, accessibility statement and multilingual storefront requirements in a way that works well with our Shopify setup. What has particularly stood out is the support. Whenever I have had a question — including some quite specific multilingual configuration issues — the team has responded quickly, understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and pointed me directly to the correct solution. The documentation is also excellent and has clearly been written around real Shopify use cases rather than simply explaining features in isolation. After going through the app in much greater depth, I actually have more confidence in Consentmo than when we first installed it. It feels like a mature, well-supported app that continues to develop alongside Shopify. An easy five stars from us and highly recommended.
