Georgi was excellent. I had an issue with the generated privacy request page — the buttons weren't working at all — and he figured out the cause quickly and walked me through the fix step by step. Supports are great and are knowledgeable. We just sometimes notice that the changes we make have delays for a few mins.
I have only been using this app for a few days so far but I am already very pleased with it and glad I chose Consentmo. The app was easy to set up although I did have one small issue which I was struggling with. I asked for help on the live chat and John was very helpful and he was able to rectify the issue for me. I would definitely recommend Consentmo.
John was great in helping us with an email we received saying we were not in compliance. He did a cookie test for us and made sure everything was in line.

Consentmo has been a delightful app and experience. We have used Consentmo in the past, experimented with OneTrust for other stores we operate and found ourselves coming back to Consentmo for all the 30+ store we operate.
