I am working with Consentmo for the first time and chose it, because it was recommended by Shopify. As a german, I´ll have to admit that not everything feels quite intuitive for me, but after getting into it and reaching out for the support, I got it together. The support also operates in English and uses videos to help, which makes taking actions after recommendations very easy. I got help from John, who was very polite and answered my questions straight away, so my problem git solved in only a few minutes.

Easy to install and to use, Customer Support on point, Many features and custom options. I like this app!

App offers all options needed for proper consent mode v2. Support is great, fast and helpful. The only thing we don't like is the price, but that's the same on all consent apps.

Es una buena herramienta y sin conocimientos de programación he podido resolver las solicitudes de leyes RGPD con los artículos de Consentmo y del equipo. Para no tener problema con Google etc.. hay pasos que hacer pero repito, sin conocimiento de programación, he resuelto todo.

Easy install. Good visual customization. The pages they create are buggy. Don't understand what happens to the data if people opt out.
[2nd Update - December 24th]: We have replied to your support request earlier today, please check our reply there and let us know if you have any additional questions. :) [Update - December 24th]: Hello again, if you are having issues with the pre-generated Compliance pages, please open a case with us at [email protected], so we could review and advise. Usually it is pretty hard for these pages to work out-of-the-box with all themes and design and it is then that they will require a bit of adjustment. Regarding the data if people opt-out, depending on the options/categories of cookies they have chosen when opting-out - this data will be blocked on every page load they go to when navigating through your store. Good App and Fast Customer Service! There are other apps to download but I tested this one and Its easy to use.
