John S. did a great job supporting our initial set up and was quick to respond and get the custom settings finished and working as needed.
In reviewing ADA compliance on our website, we noticed that one feature in this app was throwing errors for our ADA analysis. Upon bring this up to the team, the response was quick and effective. John S. was on top of communication and the issue was explained and resolved in less than 24 hours.
The app is very clear and easy to use and the help provided is amazing. When we encountered an issue, Zeus on their team was thorough and communicative. He found the issue, explained why it was happening, and fixed it.

First -- you can not find better customer service at the help desk anywhere! John, in particular, is an absolute wizard! The app works well and it is keeping us compliant -- but the tech help alone is worth 5 stars.

from start to finish since installing this app i was very well looked after and helped by Georgi to set it all up on my website , he was super helpful, kind and very good at his knowledge to make sure all was done properly to comply with the EU regulations of selling online really recommend this app.
Very easy to setup and great customer support experience with Zeus
Extremely positive experience with their support team. No AI responses, just a human dealing with any configuration questions quickly and effectively. Even got sent videos showing me where certain elements were in settings when I was having issues finalising configuration. Would recommend this app, extremely flexible and covers everything you need for global ecommerce compliance.
The app seems to work well and does what we need it to. It is a bit confusing how they try to push you into a higher plan and then you aren't sure if you've got all your bases covered or not. (I took off a star for that reason.) The help is usually prompt and thorough however -- they do customer service well and if you get Joseph or John helping you, you're in great hands! (Both have helped me enormously -- very nice and so very helpful!!)

The paid plans simply add automations and time-saving convenience (like scheduled scans, auto-sorting of cookies, storages and pixels, and hands-off compliance management) for merchants who want them - they're never a requirement to "cover your bases." If anything in the app made that feel unclear, that's on us to communicate better, and we'd genuinely welcome the chance to walk you through exactly what your current plan already covers so you have complete peace of mind on your compliance. Great app and excellent support We’ve been using Consentmo and have been very happy with the experience so far. The app is easy to use, offers plenty of useful features and makes managing cookie consent and compliance much simpler. A special mention to Zeus, who has been doing an excellent job helping us whenever we had questions or needed assistance. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and always takes the time to make sure everything is properly resolved. Overall, a great app with a fantastic support team.
