Really impressed. Had an email about an issue. had a clickable link to the live chat with a note of the issues already in the chat. Georgi was really helpful identifying what needed to be updated and giving me step by step tutorials of what needed doing and how exactly to do it. He was patient and helpful. Which is even better as we are on one of the lower plans.

made my website crash and is down now Shopify support cant restore

After this review was posted, our team attempted to reach out multiple times through the contact details available to us, including different email addresses, but unfortunately we never received a reply. At the moment, the store is still live and we haven’t been able to identify any downtime or errors originating from our app. We genuinely wish we had the chance to look into this together at the time. When something breaks, our priority is always to jump in quickly and help resolve it - that’s what our support team does every day, and it’s reflected in the experiences shared across our other reviews here. We opted for this app based on other users' rave reviews of their help desk/customer service, and I can confirm it's great. Everyone I chatted with (John in particular) knows the app inside and out, and their help is never the surface-level stuff you often get from Shopify apps. I hope they'll keep investing in the people who staff the help desk.
