We opted for this app based on other users' gave reviews of their help customer service, and I can confirm it's great. Everyone I chatted with (Georgi in particular) knows the app inside and out, and their help is never the surface-level stuff you often get from Shopify apps.

Great app and an essential tool for GDPR compliance on Shopify. The interface is clear, easy to configure, and integrates smoothly with the store. I’d especially like to highlight Joseph’s support — he was helpful, responsive, and precise. He took the time to understand our setup and made sure everything was correctly implemented, even in more complex cases. His guidance made the whole process much easier and gave us real peace of mind.

Consentmo is an excellent app for GDPR compliance — clear, reliable, and very effective in helping you implement the right workflows in a practical way. The setup is straightforward and everything is built in a way that feels tailored to the needs of an actual online store. What truly stands out, though, is the support. Georgi assisted me with a CSS conflict caused by my theme and was professional, incredibly fast, and extremely efficient. Highly recommended — great product and outstanding customer support.
