This is a great app to get compliant with all things internet! Zeus was very helpful in the chat when I had some questions. He patiently walked me through how to update a couple of things.

The app is good and does exactly what I need it to do to make sure I'm GDPR compliant, especially since I use Printify and sell to customers over in Europe. John was a big help and it is nice to know that support is very quick to answer your chats when you have a question. I always look for good customer service when I download a new app because it makes a big difference as you're learning to navigate the app and how it works.

A huge thank you to Georgi, he was extremely responsive to all of my questions and was able to identify the issues I was having quickly and gave me immediate steps to work through to fix them. The guides provided were very clear. After sorting out the first issues, I asked for help with allowing my conversion rate for my store to be displayed as I lost this after a recent update of my theme and the app I had been using previously did not reply to my requests for support. This was also fixed very quickly, again with clear and concise guides. I didn't expect my conversion rate to appear again until I received another order but was very happy to see that on applying the correct settings, adding in the snippet and the code to read that file it returned immediately. Again, a massive thank you to Georgi. Nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend this app.
