Zeus sent a detailed video on activating the app embed via Themes instead of direct redirects. Big help, great guy!

BE CAREFUL! i downloaded this app for consent. after i found out i couldnt translate to my prefered language - i deleted the app. since then my pixel tracking is completely off. and not by a few percantage but by more than 95% !! which means i cant track any events on my site. it might be from leftover code or something. it took me time to figure this out. and i had to pay 500$ for a proffetional to try and fix this issue. which he his now working on. this forced me to shut down all ads and my website, and i still dont know when and if its going to get fixed. this one mistake cost me thousands in lost revenue, plenty of hours of troubleshooting, and more $ on getting support. check twice before you download this app!!
Thanks for sharing your experience - we’re really sorry to hear how disruptive this was for your store. Just to clarify a few important points: Hebrew is supported as a banner language, and our app doesn’t leave any scripts or leftover code once it’s uninstalled. We also checked from our side and confirmed nothing from Consentmo is currently loading on your store. Pixel tracking on Shopify depends on user consent. If a consent banner isn’t active after removing an app, tracking can remain blocked - which may explain the drop you saw. We’ve already been in touch via support and would still really like to review this together, understand exactly what happened in your setup, and help get things back on track. We’ve also offered free time on our Plus plan and hands-on help if you’re open to it. Please reach out to us again - we’re here to help and happy to investigate this further. :)

At first the reporting tool wasn't really meeting our needs but Consentmo worked hard with us to improve reporting to meet our need. Don't hesitate to contact them if you have any issues they are very responsible and eager to improve their product!
