Great customer service, with immediate response. My adviser, Zeus, was able to verify our store was up to European consent standards in conjunction with Google Analytics which is very important to us

Sind bisher sehr zufrieden. Alle Frage werden im Chat - danke Georgi - schnell beantwortet. Wir wurden bei der Anpassung an 'Google Consent Mode V2' sehr gut an die Hand genommen.

Wir nutzen die App für unseren Shop. Durch die Umfangreichen Möglichkeiten des Setups hat man hier wirklich sehr viele Möglichkeiten die App perfekt zu konfigurieren. Auch wenn Tracking-Pixel mal nicht über die nativen Apps übermittelt werden gibt es hier eine passende Lösung. Absolut hervorheben möchte ich den Außerordentlichen Support-Service. Ob Chat, Email oder Support-Zugnag zum Shop. Alles funktioniert schnell und unkompliziert. Dazu noch sehr sehr professionell. Ich könnte mir hier die Zusammenarbeit nicht besser wünschen. Wir haben zu jedem Zeitpunkt den besten Support, auch wenn sich bei unseren ganzen trackingeinstellungen was ändern sollte, steht der Support Gewehr bei Fuß. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

It felt a bit daunting at first, as there’s quite a lot to learn when setting everything up. However, the support staff has been incredibly efficient, polite, and helpful. I received excellent assistance from both Georgi and Zeus. Highly recommended!

From someone who is a new business owner and new to e-commerce, I am navigating the set up of my shopify store. I chose this app as it came highly rated and offered a free platform. I am not very tech savvy and needed quite a bit of assistance to property set up this app to ensure I'm fully comliant. I spoke to John and he was extremely helpful and his repsonses were almost immediate. I am very grateful for him walking me through the process step by step. Highly recommend.

Best GDPR plugin we used so far. Support is great as well, had few custom cookies group functionality to do's, and the guys did it for me. Really happy!

Love this app. Makes it super easy to run a analytics-heavy global ecommerce business. My implementation manager John Seth S. helped get me started! It was super seamless and now I feel comfortable that my business is not only compliant, but that I am doing right by customers around the globe.
