By far the best GDPR compliance app and support. As a Canadian company selling in the EU, this app and support are the best i have come across.

Prior to this I had installed another app, it was kind of messy so I uninstalled it. But still I have to do something about GDPR etc. Shopify's Advisor recommended this one - nothing special at the beginning, until I hit "Check your compliance" (or something like that!), it took me to a real person support. John, who was my advisor, not only did a live store check for me, but walked me through the whole process. Long story short I think totally we spent about 3 hours just to answer my questions and helping me to get things fixed. I am not even on the pay plan! The interface looks very nice and professional, as we are a high end lifestyle brand. Now I am comfortable with the legality and can focus on growing my business. Highly recommended.

Alle notwendigen Basics sind bis zu einem gewissen Grad in der FREE Version problemlos nutzbar. Das Highlight für uns war der Support und die Reaktionsschnelligkeit. Das Team hat keine 12 Sunden nach unserer Anfrage eine Lösung bzw. eine CSS Code maßgeschneidert geliefert, der zum gewünschten Ergebnis führte. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werden Concentmo weiterhin nutzen, auch dann, wenn für unser Limit in der Free-Version erreicht haben. Thumbs Up und weiter so, ihr seit die Besten.

The app is a bit more complicated that i thought it would be at first, but absolutely amazing customer support. They answered all my questions and helped me with every little details i needed for my store.
