I thought it was a little confusing to set up but I managed and it seems to be operating well and follows guidelines for the US and Europe. The app that Shopify created did not meet the guidelines so I'll stay with this one. I love that it's free.

We're using the GDPR/CCPA + Cookie App for all our international shops. So far we didn't have any issues with it - therefore: would recommend :)

After several tested apps I finally found "GDPR / CCPA + Cookie Management by iSensLabs", the best app for controlling cookies that allowed me to make my shop compliant! I had particular customization needs and iSenseLabs technical support quickly provided me with all the necessary assistance, in a kind and professional way !! Great app with great support. I have applied a lot of custom CSS to my plugin to match my websites theme and anytime I have had any issues the guys have put it right and applied all the fixes and changes for me, specifically Joseph who was a great help recently. Thank you very much!

Great app. Truly complient with GDPR law since it can block all cookies and collects users consent. Easy to set up, easily customizable, great FAQ videos. Thumbs up!

The app is very comprehensive in the settings that are available. Extremely easy to set up. For any questions I had I was able to immediately talk to someone through an online chat and all of my questions were answered - backed with videos to show me how to do everything. This app is easy to set up and really compliant with GDPR. It allows to block analytic, reports and marketing cookies before user consent. The support is really great - fast and efficient. Great app!

We tested at least 4 apps for GDPR compliance. Only this one contains both options required by GDPR: 1) cookie banner with manageable preferences; 2) A page where a customer can withdraw cookies or manage/delete personal information. Also, the support team is great! Special thanks to Emil Trendafilov. He made a lot of small tweaks to make the widget and the page look and feel like the whole website.

Great privacy compliance app. Easy to install and customize. I ran into a style conflict on the back-end and requested support. I had a response within 24 hours which included a custom video showing me how to correct the problem.
