Consentmo GDPR Compliance

After some initial setup, the app works great. Especially helpful: the live chat with the support. They helped us with some oddities which were buried deep inside our chosen theme. After resolving that issue, we're finally GDPR-compliant. Lovely!

So far so good! It does what I expected and more. If we exceed the limits of the free plan, then I will be looking to update to a paid plan. However, the free plan helps you test out before committing. Nice work!

Straight forward and easy to use. Customer service was pretty helpful. Took me awhile to get it to appear, but figured it out eventually. Will be nice to have a tool to manage any customer requests related to privacy. With that in mind, I think it justifies the cost.

This app is exactly what I needed. I tried a few and found them all quite hard to use but this was really simple. Being able to manage the Facebook pixel too is a great help. Thank you!

I played with a few GDPR banner bars offered in Shopify App Store but was uncomfortable with the options. In most cases, visitors were almost always being 'forced' to accept the terms. This one offers a comprehensive selection of options and actually allows visitors to opt in or out of specific things. While I'm definitely not tech savvy, I was able to install in minutes and their support team helped me quickly do some small tweaks to the appearance. Thanks!

Really happy with this app. It seems to be the only one that's actually GDPR compliant with the ability for your website visitors to set preferences etc. Plenty of customisation and customer services were really helpful too.

Amazing app, it does exactly what you need for GDPR purposes, and far beyond. Apart from the great app the help desk team is absolutely amazing, they spent 3 hours troubleshooting an issue in which they solved at the end. Nice app, very logical structure, good to handle! Knows everything what we need for the strict EU-regulations. Also, the price is very good as well, even the free plan knows a lot. Guys made me a custom CSS to change the font and button style, so the bars suit our look. This way I got everything I wanted, so really LOVE IT! We had an issue translating the cookie consent bar into other languages with our translation app. The helpdesk could solve the problem very nice and quickly.
