A few days ago I reached out to customer service and I was assisted by Christos. He was very helpful, and went beyond merely answering my question by offering valuable, useful insight into my website which helped with the consent banner. Very clear instructions from the help team, who checked through the site settings to make sure we were compliant. Design, and styles are easily changed, very good overview of interactions with the banner on the dashboard.

After searching for an app to handle my compliance situation for the EU and US well for a looong time i ended up with Pandectes, which works really well and evenly important: Christos gives great support, explains the mechanics behind and gives you the rare feeling of a support really in depth knowing what they are talking about.
