Great app. Support was great and guided me through everything. Highly recommended. I feel confident in being GDPR compliant thanks to Pandectes. As a shop owner, they took away most of my stress and were handled thoroughly, which now allows me to focus on business and commerce. Thank You. Very happy customer.

Christos was a big help to set up our consent tool and made it GDPR compliant. He checked several times if we did set up everything correctly and helped with third party cookies, which fired before the tool asked for consent. Now everything's working without problems :) Big thanks to Christos!

The subject is complicated and I can say that Pandectes is very advanced and if you follow their instruction you'll be compliant. 100%. As said to them, what I believe is still missing is a good and well tested package that solve the GDPR compliance issues and the GA4 analytics good data issues. I mean, I need to be compliant and to have good enough data to know where my sales come from. I don't want to know if a client is blond and skinny, I just would like to know if a sale come from ADS or ORGANIC. After a year I am still in the darkness. This is a feedback because the 2 subjects are too related. I need a GDPR app to collect data. If my data are not very useful I could stop collecting them and I won't need a GDPR app anymore. So I believe someone very competent should put together the 2 things and create a cool new complete tool.

Just set up my cookie banner and it works nicely! Christos from support was very helpful with the setup and also gave me some tips. The banner has a lot of customization options which i really like! :)

Christos was a real support in getting my store GDPR compliant. As a store owner you know its necessary to implement this, but it can be overwhelming. But Christos gave relevant and helpful instructions, options on what to do based on my budget, plus gave hands on collaborative assistance. He also made the suggestion of adding a declaration page for potential USA customers which I would not have thought of.
