Make sure you configure all of the settings properly. You likely need to upgrade to premium for actual compliance. Ermis was a big help getting us set up and compliant!

The audit support was awesome. Konstantinos helped me through all of the detailed settings from the beginning to the end, which I honestly didn't expect at all. For that help, I was able to set my store to be fully aligned with the compliance. Awesome support!

Installed the app today so we could get a custom cookie-banner. Had some trouble regarding the hyperlinks to the corresponding languages. Natalie helped me out from A-Z and got it working in a short amount of time, thanks alot!

Great application, easy to set up. It can be displayed as a popup and offers fine-grained settings to effectively encourage cookie consent. Thanks to the support team, and especially to Natalie, for her quick availability and help with the configuration. Nowadays, it’s quite rare to still have real human support.
