Switched to Pandectes after another consent management app left us with GA4 purchase events not coming through properly. Konstantinos from support diagnosed the issue within minutes and immediately provided a solution to get everything working. Deployed the recommended setup and our tracking now fires correctly with full consent and complete transaction data — confirmed working end-to-end. What stood out: Native Shopify integration that actually works Google Consent Mode V2 setup is straightforward Pre-built solutions for known edge cases rather than half-built workarounds. Genuinely knowledgeable support with no scripted responses or escalation loops Far better than what we had before for Shopify stores running Google Analytics and Google Ads. Recommend.

So far so good. Had a couple of settings that needed to be updated to satisfy my insurance company and the immediate support from Pandectes and specifically Konstantinos was amazing. Walked me through everything quickly and now everything is working just right.
