Ich bin gerade dabei die App einzurichten und hatte ein paar Fragen. Der Kundensupport war sofort im Chat verfügbar und hat unglaublich freundlich, schnell und professionell alle meine Fragen beantwortet und mir obendrein einen Check für die gesamte Webseite angeboten, ob alles geschützt ist. Daumen hoch!

Natalie did a great job on helping me with expertise. Her knowledge great. She even helped me figure out some settings from another app that has been overlapping with the Google Compliance setup. Our business is good to go now, perfect!

I use the Pixel Integration from this GDPR Tool, but yesterday suddenly in some cases the app send the wrong data trough the pixel api. After i switch to the Consense Mode V2 the issue was gone. I report the issue, but looks like they are not able to fix it..

Any custom implementations built on top of that are beyond our responsibility and can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior. Toller Support, Alex hat sich heute so viel Zeit genommen um mit mir alles korrekt einzurichten. Ich hatte bisher eine "Ablehnen"-Quote bei den Cookies von 80%. Danke, weiter so!
