We had some issues with tracking being active before having accepted any cookies at all and everthing has been immediately adjusted to our individual needs within half a day. Thanks from Germany to Alexander F. for the great support and quick reaction time! Good work, keep it up!

This app works perfectly fine. You can adjust colours, the size and the text, it's fully compliant with European laws! And the most incredible thing is Sandor, the support guy. He's incredibly helpful, he's very professional, and just helped me for two hours in the evening with a problem, that was even related to another App I have installed. INCREDIBLE SUPPORT!!! Sehr gute App, komplett EU gesetzestreu. Und unglaublich guter Support von Sandor. So hilfsbereit und professionell. Ich würde keine andere Cookie App mehr nehmen, nachdem ich mindestens 5 ausprobiert habe, darunter Osano, etc. Alle hatten Probleme beim Start von Google Tag Manager, nur diese funktioniert perfekt!

Schneller und freundlicher Support. App funktioniert wieder tadellos, könnte jedoch teilweise intuitiver gestaltet werden. Zum Beispiel das direkte Anpassen von Cookie-Beschreibungen abseits von Shopify-Cookies.

We use the app for quite a bit already and we are very happy with it - easy to install and works fine. After we had a few questions we have gotten very fast and competent answers from the support. We can totally recommend this app!

Doesn't only work like it's supposed to, but also has a great customer support team. Was facing an issue, which turned out to be a conflict with another app, on a Sunday night. Support got back within an hour or so, and we ended up mailing back and forth until 11pm to resolve the issue. They even implemented a custom piece of code into my theme, in order to solve the bug. What else do you need!

Das nenne ich mal Kundenservice! Wir hatten ein paar Probleme während der Implementierung. Der Entwickler konnte uns sofort weiterhelfen. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wonderful DSGVO-compliant app. Certification and testing by data protection specialists ensures legal certainty. In addition, the app is extremely easy to set up and can be flexibly adapted to your own shop design (colours, fonts, texts, links, size, position and buttons). Super friendly and helpful support, which you rarely find. Thumbs up!

The app does everything you need to be GDPR compliant. To see exactly what cookies are dropped is awesome. Furthermore I asked them to change a translated word, because it was translated incorrect in Dutch. The answered in a day and changed it immediately. Great service!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App, sie erfüllt die notwendigen Cookie-Anforderungen, sieht schick aus und lässt customization zu. Darüber hinaus gibt es verschiedene Layouts, z. B. mit Button oder man verwendet den Service im Footer. Extrem zufrieden bin ich mit dem Support (vielen Dank @Alexander @Marco). Ich hatte ein Problem, da das Css meines Themes (Brooklyn) sich mit den Togglebars des Cookie-Tools nicht vertragen haben. Support antwortete nach wenigen Minuten, wurde direkt zu einem Techniker weitergeleitet, der sich direkt auf unseren Shop per Gastzugang geschaltet und das Problem gelöst hat. Der Support ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft einem bei Problemen, ohne etlichen und langen Wartezeiten. Für Deutsche Händler ist diese App die beste die man nutzen sollte ! Lieber zahle ich Geld für eine App, bei der ich vom Nutzen gut profitieren kann und noch kompetente Ansprechpartner habe. Sehr zufrieden.

Die App ist super einfach zu bedienen. Tut alles was sie soll. Dank CSS und der Mithilfe des Supports konnte ich den Cookie-Banner genau nach meinen Vorstellungen gestallten. Der Support war hier wirklich extrem schnell und kompetent. Ganz klar: 5 von 5 Sternen

A very good cookie app. Works without any difficulties. The support answered me immediately. In Germany it is necessary to have the app. The only GDPR Cookie App in the App Store

Tolle App mit einem super Service! Mein "Problem" wurde unglaublich schnell gelöst. Und ein persönlicher Ansprechpartner war auch da! Tausend Dank! Update: Hatte dann noch eine Frage... und zack - nicht nur eine Antwort habe ich bekommen, sondern direkt eine implementierte Lösung. Sehr gute App, die man hier und da sicher noch etwas pimpen kann aber der Support ist super, antwortet Tag und Nacht und hilft richtig gut weiter. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Probably the best GDPR compliant plugin for Shopify. The support is really good and very responsive and helpful. That's how it should be. Top class. Highly recommended!
