Just miserable! First of all, after implementing Shopify Extended Checkout at our Shop Go-Live the app didn't set the cookies probably which made it necessary to engage an agency to bug fix. As a result, each change in the app resets the cookie settings in standard. So we need to ask the developer each time. Our agency tried to reach out to the customer service but didn't get any answer. Also now having problems for which I tried to contact via In-App-Support, but after one week there is no answer. I didn't even get an confirmation mail, that my request arrived.

Der Banner funktioniert zwar, aber leider kann man den Tag Manager nicht oder wohl nur mit hervorragenden Programmierkenntnissen so einrichten, dass Tags nach der Einwilligung gefeuert werden (Consent Mode V2). Eine ordentliche Schritt für Schritt Anleitung gibt es auch nirgends. Daher leider nicht zu empfehlen.

after having installed the app my view count was not anymore accurate with a drop of 70% and also sells dropped 80% in one day. after deleting the app still I cannot fix this issue
Hello, I'm sorry that you've experienced such a huge drop in views and sales. Even though this is possible, for example due to an incorrect implementation of Google Consent Mode v2 (visits) and perhaps a incompatibility between our app and your checkout/payment/similar provider, it does strike me as very odd that the issue remains after uninstalling our app. Usually that would mean that something else has been causing such issues. Should you reach out to our support, we'd be more than happy to take a look at the issue for you!

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this plugin. Cookies that have been manually marked "essential" are not activated. I have been in contact with the support for 2 months, without a solution....

Einstellungen im Banner-Editor gehen immer wieder verloren, eine Personalisierung der Maske mit eigenem Logo ist schier unmöglich. Ich werde ein anderes Cookie-Tool verwenden.

App lief drei Jahre ohne Probleme, in dieser Zeit gab es aber auch keine Fragen an den Support. Nachdem unsere Agentur einen Fehler festgestellt hatte verwies und der Shopify Support an den Appanbieter direkt. Auf das erste Ticket wurde ein Tag später reagiert (ohne Lösung sondern nur mit einer Frage die sofort von uns beantwortet wurde), auf die zweite warten wir bis heute (5 Tage), auch ein Nachhaken ergab keine Antwort. App wurde heute gelöscht, wir empfehlen diese APP nicht.

You cannot personnalise it, not even the font it looks nothing like the presentation. It's an ugly fat pop up on your site and it does not even save properly the customisation you add to it.

Nur Probleme mit GDPR Legal Cookie ! Der Cookie Banner wird auf der Seite nicht angezeigt und es gibt nur Liquid Errors auf meiner Homepage durch diesen Cookie Banner App. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

App cannot be used with multiple languages. As soon as the language is changed, the app becomes confusing. It cannot be used and must be deleted. No help from the developer.

Dokumentation (speziell zum Umgang mit Drittanbieter cookies/scripts) leider nicht vorhanden. Die Codebeispiele werden leider auch nicht Dokumentiert, dafür sind die Beispiel Zeilen bei jeder Seite im Quellcode sichtbar!? Edit: Danke für die schnelle Reaktion - ich sende die support Anfrage nochmal von meiner shopify email. Edit2: support gibt jetzt wirklich gas. Finde ich Toll :-) Edit3: Leider fragt die App den User seit neustem mehrmals am Tag!?!
Das ist sehr schade zu lesen. Support ist eines unserer wichtigsten Themen und wie man in praktisch allen anderen Rezensionen lesen kann auch sehr beliebt. Wir konnten kein Ticket zu diesem Shop, Emailadresse oder Namen des Eigentümers in unserem Ticketingsystem finden. Hat uns fast einen ganzen Tag den Checkout vom Webshop blockiert. Mussten mithilfe des Shopify Support Chat erstmal drauf kommen, dass uns diese App das beschert hat. Dadurch ist uns ein Tagesumsatz verloren gegangen, von den Kosten für die Werbung und Traffic, der somit ins Nichts geführt hat ganz zu schweigen. Äußerst ärgerlich!
Wir von GDPR Legal Cookie bedauern dies, können aber ORGAINIC's Weg der Problemlösung nicht nachvollziehen. Unser Support ist excellent und wir helfen an jeder Stelle schnell und unkompliziert. ORGAINIC hat auf mehrfache Anfrage unsererseits per Mail und Telefon nicht reagiert und uns keine Chance eingeräumt, diesem Problem auf den Grund zu gehen. Sehr bedauerlich. Da es bei über 3000 weiteren Installationen zu keinerlei Problemen kam, gehen wir von einer Fehlbedienung aus. Leider können wir mangels Einblick in diesen Fall keine Verbesserung anbieten, diese Art der Fehlbedienung zukünftig zu verhindern.

This app is a disaster. At first sight everything looks good and with the "normal" cookies everything works fine. But how it works with the Facebook pixel is a disaster. First we were very kindly helped by the support with a code hack for publishing the pixel on the checkout process. Since our Facebook Ads had worked worse and worse, we went on a search. This app or even the hack delivered completely wrong data to the Facebook pixel. In the end he counted every purchase three times. We have been waiting for a reply from beeclever for days now. Hands off, if you use the Facebook pixel.

Our free support is limited in case of fully customized Themes and custom coding or apps not following the conventions of shopify.
