Cookie banner overlays in the mobile version when having another’s app pop-up in the store, causing that customers cannot access the website as they cannot accept nor click the cookie banner. Overall, I received a good customer service from Alexander who made me realised the existence of this bug and eventually I fixed it by changing my pop-up to the original Shopify one.
Many thanks for the 4 Star rating and the feedback. We are working every day hard to improve our App and make commerce better and easier. Thanks a lot

Today, Jan.11.2023, it's my real pleasure to add another review and evaluation on the GDPR App by Beeclever: Beginning of the year, we received a call from Dennis, who proposed us to start another trial on the performance of their App in our shop. Dennis emphasized, that he would like to start a new relationship with us, since he would be convinced, that the GDPR App would function well, fast and without any reduction of speed and load time in our shop. Furthermore he was convinced, that their App would perform better in terms of required compliance with European regulation. So we accepted Dennis offer and changed back to their App! Today I am pleased about the call, we received from Dennis and the performance of the App and the service we have received so far from Beeclever: The installation was really easy and fast done, the support in adjusting some minor changes in CSS was very fast and Dennis and colleagues adjusted our wishes in a perfect way. The App does not slow down the loading time of our shop. Overall the performance and service are just great and thus: It's my pleasure to adjust my review and evaluation for this App and the company had developed this App! Thus: thank you, Dennis for your initiative to call us and offering a new start over. Bags by Sumageza
From our point of view, this is a great pity to read. We do not offer 24/7 support, but we do our best to respond to emergencies even on weekends. We did that in this case, although there was no emergency and also within the scope of around 48 hours, as announced. Neither the app had a bug here, nor was the business disrupted in any way. Therefore, we do not understand this rating.

Tolle, übersichtliche App mit (wie schon öfter erwähnt) ausgezeichnetem Support! Vor allem auch für "nicht-Profis" geeignet ;-)!

Super App! Hat genau was ich gesucht habe um meinen Onlineshop in Deutschland rechtssicher zu machen. Dass die App nicht kostenlos ist, finde ich total in Ordnung, schließlich ist es auch ein sehr wichtiger Baustein für die Rechtssicherheit. Die kostenlosen Apps (die ich gesehen und getestet habe) erfüllen leider nicht was rechtlich gefordert ist, deshalb habe ich lieber diese genommen. War sehr einfach einzurichten und sieht auf desktop und mobil gut aus. Klare Empfehlung!

Das Banner sieht gut aus und macht was es soll. Der Support ist gut. Für mich passt alles soweit! :)

Bevor ich diese App verwendete, probierte ich mindestens sechs weitere Consent Management Lösungen aus, die entweder nicht zufriedenstellend funktionierten oder schlicht zu kompliziert in der Einbindung waren. Mit der GDPR Legal Cookie App von Beeclever bin ich nun mehr als glücklich. Die Installation ist einfach und eben direkt für Shopify optimiert, was natürlich sehr wichtig ist, damit auch alles funktioniert. Man kann sogar eine Section erstellen, um Skripte einfach zu blocken oder einen Overlay über Felder zu erstellen (Newsletter zum Beispiel) , um zuerst die Zustimmung zu verlangen. Um diese Funktionen zum Laufen zu bringen, benötigte ich die Hilfe vom Support (meins Wissens gibt es (noch) keine Dokumentation). Alexander und Sandor standen mir aber mit einer unglaublichen Hilfsbereitschaft zur Seite und haben per Video Call alles mit mir besprochen. Vielen Dank dafür! Ich kann diese App allen empfehlen, die DSGVO ernst nehmen wollen und dafür eine gute Lösung suchen.

We had some issues with tracking being active before having accepted any cookies at all and everthing has been immediately adjusted to our individual needs within half a day. Thanks from Germany to Alexander F. for the great support and quick reaction time! Good work, keep it up!

The app keeps what it promises and feels legally very secure. Very good value for money and excellent customer support. Only the visual representation and its individualization could be a bit more pronounced, because to make more detailed changes you need basic HTML knowledge and / or coding skills. (Status: March 2021)

This app works perfectly fine. You can adjust colours, the size and the text, it's fully compliant with European laws! And the most incredible thing is Sandor, the support guy. He's incredibly helpful, he's very professional, and just helped me for two hours in the evening with a problem, that was even related to another App I have installed. INCREDIBLE SUPPORT!!! Sehr gute App, komplett EU gesetzestreu. Und unglaublich guter Support von Sandor. So hilfsbereit und professionell. Ich würde keine andere Cookie App mehr nehmen, nachdem ich mindestens 5 ausprobiert habe, darunter Osano, etc. Alle hatten Probleme beim Start von Google Tag Manager, nur diese funktioniert perfekt!

Schneller und freundlicher Support. App funktioniert wieder tadellos, könnte jedoch teilweise intuitiver gestaltet werden. Zum Beispiel das direkte Anpassen von Cookie-Beschreibungen abseits von Shopify-Cookies.

We use the app for quite a bit already and we are very happy with it - easy to install and works fine. After we had a few questions we have gotten very fast and competent answers from the support. We can totally recommend this app!

Doesn't only work like it's supposed to, but also has a great customer support team. Was facing an issue, which turned out to be a conflict with another app, on a Sunday night. Support got back within an hour or so, and we ended up mailing back and forth until 11pm to resolve the issue. They even implemented a custom piece of code into my theme, in order to solve the bug. What else do you need!

Wonderful DSGVO-compliant app. Certification and testing by data protection specialists ensures legal certainty. In addition, the app is extremely easy to set up and can be flexibly adapted to your own shop design (colours, fonts, texts, links, size, position and buttons). Super friendly and helpful support, which you rarely find. Thumbs up!
