It may have one of the best customer support services I have seen, not only on a shopify app, but in general on all type of businesses. They really help you personally resolve any kind of problem is it was theirs. Specially Thanks to Tom and Liam that have been helping me.

I like the platform, it's easy to use and very customizable. Customer support sometimes takes a bit to get back to you but it's always with action and no BS. They even went as far as filming a video for a custom coding block I needed as I don't have much experience in that realm.

I have been usinf gempages fro the past few months now. Definately recommend! I use it for all my pages on my store now, it's very easy to create the look and style that i'm after.

Excellent support. I have reached out to the support team a couple of times so far and they were always helpful. They are quick, knowledgeable and always available. Being new to Gempages, I had a lot of questions but I never got stuck anywhere because the support team is very prompt. I appreciate it.

I've been using GemPages for the past 6 months. We migrated our site from Wordpress to Shopify and had to completely rebuild the site. It was a big job, but it was a pleasant job as soon as we started using GemPages. This app doesn't have ever feature that you could ever want, but it has almost every feature. The Shopify page builder is a joke compared to what you can do with GemPages. And above all, the customer support is top notch. They are extremely responsive and extremely helpful. I can't recommend this app enough.

GemPages is an easy to use platform with fantastic customer service! The templates and drag and drop content blocks make designing our web pages super easy. If I ever get stuck and don't know how to do something I just use the easy message function to ask someone from GemPages for help and they are always ready and willing to assist within a very quick timeframe. Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic app to build custom pages, I even had an issue with gem pages conflicting with the original theme and Tina from the support team jumped in and wrote up so code that fixed it straight away! 10/10 Support

Tina is a gem. She helped me our patiently and promptly. The app the amazing too. Give her a promotion. Also, more people should try out this app, seriously.

I was reluctant to use the support option because I thought I had to wait days lol. I got a fast response from Pauline and she was super helpful. I was stuck for hours and she solved my issues in minutes. Gempages is great platform, with great customer service!

The function in GemPages to create a new customize section and add it to the current store theme is fabulous. I was able to create a Black Friday Herosection with a timer. I run into some problems, because I couldn't set it up correctly, but Miley and the GemPages Support were really courteous and fix my problem and on top of that, they also made some css improvement to display the section in the store. Really grateful.
