Probably the best customer support you could wish for. You get help even if there's a problem with another app, you get a quick response and it makes everything much easier. We highly recommend it

Very simple to use app with lots of useful features. It basically has almost everything you'd need for a e-commerce store, and for the things that they don't have, apps are easy to integrate. Best thing about GP is their customer support I'd say. We've had like 5 problems we needed help with so far and every time (literally) they answered in less than 30 min and within an hour or two our problems were solved. Definitely would recommend.

While the design tools are really slick and you can design engaging experiences, though take a little getting used to the depth of capabilities, the support is where the value shines with Gempages. Sure, there have been simple things they have told me how to do myself. Its the ones where they go away for a little while and come back with a 'Hey we did it for you, check this link' and whatever problem or question on how to do a thing, has been done. Amazing - can recommend!
I highly recommend this plug-in. I have been using this plug-in for 4 years. Now I have changed a company to build a brand official website from scratch. I still choose to use this plug-in. I am very familiar with it. They also upgrade quickly and it is getting better and better. If you want to build an excellent website, then I recommend him, and their service is always very timely and effective, which makes me very satisfied.

Please allow me to explain, A/B Testing is an incredibly useful tool for running comparative campaigns, helping users identify the best-performing options. With V7, we introduced an entirely new codebase to support seamless integration with more third-party apps, enhancing user experience. However, this new architecture means that A/B Testing could not be implemented in the same way as in V6. When i paid ANNUAL subscription i was tricked to believe there is A/B testing include. Well, there isn't if you are not using the OLD version of gempages...

First and foremost, I sincerely apologise for any miscommunication that may have led you to believe the A/B testing feature was included in the Annual plan. To clarify, the A/B testing feature is available in our older version (V6). However, it is not included in the latest version (V7) due to differences in code structure.
