Very kind service and amazing app i just got a problem on my page that got fixed by Kenny. He is the one who support me and also very kind person :) he did a great job and im happy with the results :)

El soporte técnico es realmente eficiente ( atendida por Kenny). Han estado disponible cada vez que necesité guía técnica. La comunicación ha sido muy fluida entregándome respuestas rápidas y solución inmediata a todos mis requerimientos que han sido varios. Muchas Gracias !!!! The technical support is really efficient (attended by Kenny). They have been available whenever I needed technical guidance. Communication has been very fluid, giving me quick answers and an immediate solution to all my requirements, which have been various. Thank you very much !!!!

Edit: I'm changing my rating to 4 stars because I realized that my PageSpeed rankings have dropped from 28 to 12 since I swtiched to GEM and tech support has confirmed to that they are not optimized for good PageSpeed rankings. This seems like a pretty significant drawback. Other than that, I'm very happy with GEM. I tried several similar apps and they all left me wanting. The best rated one costs twice as much as GemPages and that was too much. Another one didn't work well and the other two made ugly pages. This one is easy to use, integrates very well with Klaviyo and JudgeMe, makes beautiful looking pages, and it is priced right. They even automatically fixed my install when i upgraded my Turbo theme. I'm all set now.

With the page builder it did not take me long to make my store look way more professional. How to use it is also very straight forward and if there is a problem, the customer service instantly helps. They help solving every problem in minutes, and are extremely polite and supportive. I can only recommend GemPages even for someone relatively new to e-commerce. The price for me is so far definitely worth it and using it makes a difference in my store that I do not want to miss.

Cette application est extrêmement complète, très intuitive et puissante. Les résultats sont vraiment parfaits et les possibilités illimitées. Je recommande vivement !! Je précise également que le support est vraiment AU TOP, très réactif, très aimable et efficace. Il me dépanne régulièrement pour des questions ou des codes à ajouter, et ce, totalement gratuitement. Généralement, on vous répond au bout de quelques minutes à peine et on vous trouve une solution dans la journée. Sincèrement, un HelpDesk comme ça c'est rare. Rien à dire de plus, app juste parfaite. This app is extremely complete, very intuitive and powerful. The results are really perfect and the possibilities are endless. I highly recommend it! I would also like to point out that the HelpDesk is really nice, very responsive, very friendly and efficient. They regularly help me out with questions or codes to add, and this is totally free. Generally, they answer you in a few minutes and find a solution within the day. Honestly, a HelpDesk like this is rare. Nothing more to say, just a perfect app.

They respond quickly via chat every time and are very courteous with their Supports. Other apps take a very long time to communicate via email. The Support is very easy to use. I would like to continue using it in the future. Thank you!

This app is pretty easy to use and customize. If you have any trouble, their team is very helpful and respond quickly. Anyone with a minimal amount of experience can make great looking pages. *Updated* Still using GemPages and the customer service is still excellent and the app is always getting better.

The team was very helpful in making some changes to my theme code for me and was very responsive in doing so. I have tried multiple page builder apps and this is the best one by far!
