Very simple to use app with lots of useful features. It basically has almost everything you'd need for a e-commerce store, and for the things that they don't have, apps are easy to integrate. Best thing about GP is their customer support I'd say. We've had like 5 problems we needed help with so far and every time (literally) they answered in less than 30 min and within an hour or two our problems were solved. Definitely would recommend.
I really like Gempages and the customuer service is dope!
Servizio clienti ottimo e molto efficente. Ken e il team di suppoto mi hanno aiutato a risolvere una problematica in poco tempo. Altamente consigliato
This app is one of the best page editors available on the App Store. It’s a powerful tool that can bring your product pages to life with excellent styling options. Additionally, the support team is incredible—they respond quickly and are always ready to assist with any issues. Highly recommend this app!
Used on multiple stores its great so easy to use and any problems has great support to help you
While the design tools are really slick and you can design engaging experiences, though take a little getting used to the depth of capabilities, the support is where the value shines with Gempages. Sure, there have been simple things they have told me how to do myself. Its the ones where they go away for a little while and come back with a 'Hey we did it for you, check this link' and whatever problem or question on how to do a thing, has been done. Amazing - can recommend!
I highly recommend this plug-in. I have been using this plug-in for 4 years. Now I have changed a company to build a brand official website from scratch. I still choose to use this plug-in. I am very familiar with it. They also upgrade quickly and it is getting better and better. If you want to build an excellent website, then I recommend him, and their service is always very timely and effective, which makes me very satisfied.
Fast and precise service, Pauline solved my problem in very few minutes

Good support
Dear Kuzmanov, This is Auri, GemPages Customer Support Manager. Thank you for sharing your feedback about A/B testing. Please allow me to explain, A/B Testing is an incredibly useful tool for running comparative campaigns, helping users identify the best-performing options. With V7, we introduced an entirely new codebase to support seamless integration with more third-party apps, enhancing user experience. However, this new architecture means that A/B Testing could not be implemented in the same way as in V6. Hence, we are working for a perfect solution which can help our customers utilise the feature better. I have reached out to you with a solution, but haven't heard from you. I would be very appreciate if we can discuss further to help you achieve your goal. Best wishes, Auri GemPages Customer Support Manager
GemPages is hands-down the best landing page builder we've used for Shopify! The app is intuitive, flexible, and packed with powerful features that allow you to design beautiful, high-converting pages without needing to touch a line of code. What truly sets GemPages apart, though, is their outstanding customer support. A special shout-out to Kyle, who went above and beyond to help us implement some custom changes. His expertise, patience, and willingness to ensure everything was perfect made all the difference. If you're looking for a powerful page builder with top-notch support, GemPages is the way to go. Highly recommend!
Good product, great support. Recommended
The app is great and very helpful to present a professional look to customers. But even better has been the support the i have received from their online team. The level of technical support has been wonderful. Quick and detailed. They have solved many integration and coding challenges for me. This supoort is taking my website to another level. I cant recomment this team and GemPages enough.
Our experience with Gem pages has been amazing for a number of reasons - but the customer service & technical support provided by the team is undoubtably the most outstanding and reliable aspect of it all. Technical issues can be frustrating & slow your momentum as an e-commerce business - Gem pages never fails to provide the best & fastest technical support to get you back up & running in record time. Thank you, HNDRXX Team.
Great Customer Support, Happy with the app :)
Really love it! and easy to use, even for someone with 0 experience in coding like me.
