I was greeted by professionals in a very professional manner when I contacted support. They were able to solve all the issues I had with the page and even coded specific features I wanted to add. Harry, who assisted me, was highly professional and efficient. Additionally, the pages are easy to build and look clean and user-friendly. Highly recommended!

I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and features offered by GemPages. It greatly simplifies the design and setup of my website and is incredibly user-friendly. The customer service is prompt and genuinely dedicated to resolving any issues quickly. I had the pleasure of working with Célia, and I was impressed by her friendliness and professionalism. My issue was resolved in about 15 minutes. I have nothing but gratitude for their exceptional service!

Gempages opens up so many more options for product pages, blog articles, and landing pages. My store pages look better and provide more and better formatted information than the standard Shopify default product pages can. I have 3 x shopify stores and use Gempages for all of them. Great support as well.

This app is great, it allows you to publish one well designed page for completely free. These are high converting pages that make your website look much more professional than shopify themes. The best part about this app is customer service, Roxanne was great, always wanting to help and going beyond expectations, thank you very much. I would recommend this app to everyone looking to increase sales in a seamingless process.

It has been a month since I installed the Gem Pages for building my custom e-commerce store and my experience has been superb, as they are helping in all aspects & fixing all my issues wherever I am stuck while creating it. Gem Pages team you guys are doing well, I hope we can see the same support in the future and help us with new features for building a better user experience and I definitely recommend Gem Pages to everyone who wants to build a custom website or a store with no code & even no need of technical knowledge.

Reasonably priced considering Sales Funnels and A/B testing are included - asking for a very reasonable 1% commission between 100 and 5K USD. Staff are incredibly responsive on the optimize plan! They will also code what you need in and rectify issues as quickly as possible. Tony was brilliant, he made me a high-priority the moment I said our product launch is this week. I gave it 5 stars on account of this - I do wish the builder was a bit more advanced and allowed you to work with divs as opposed to the elementor-style rows etc and a few extra elements wouldn't go amiss like in stock vs not, but it's in league with every major builder available for shopify and probably beyond in terms of remarkable customer service. I'm biased there as a more experienced designer. Thanks guys!

Non-programmer friendly and incredible support! I'm not a software developed. GemPage builder has made everything so easy to work with. Whenever I need to modify the website, I can make most of the changes on my own. If I run into any issues, their support is always there taking me through the process. Absolutely fantastic product.

Sehr einfache Bedienung, viele Features und vor allem großartiges Support Team das immer schnell und kompetent hilft, wenn doch mal Probleme auftreten :) Preis-Leistung auch sehr gut!
