This app is simply AMAZING! We tried all the other Page builder apps on the store and none even came close to how good this is. Its simple and easy to use but if you have any questions, the live chat support option is fantastic. The support staff are so helpful and respond so fast its incredible. Highly recommended!

The overall use of this app is easy to learn and you can pretty much customize whatever you want. Customer service was super responsive, shout out to Tony for helping me today.

For someone that is not very tech savvy, this is an easy to use app with lots of functionalities that enhance the usability and visuals of your Shopify website. Whenever there is something that I am unclear of, the response is super quick and thorough and everything gets resolved. I'm so used to the apps whereby you have to wait 24-48 hours for someone from the team to reach out with a 'fix' to an issue, but so far, no fixes or waiting required. The support team know the app exceptionably well and everything is resolved immediately.

Love the GemPages app and BY FAR the BEST support I've ever had from any app on Shopify! And we are just testing the free version right now. Plus, it's the ENTIRE team that is amazing. I have worked with at least 5 different support staff and they all know what's going on and pick up right where the previous person left off with no issues and without me needing to re-explain anything. Not sure how they do it but it makes upgrading to the paid version a no brainer!

Really enjoying this app. I was put off initial by the paid version, but the creativity of this app has meant I am going to upgrade and use more pages now. Customer service is brilliant. I had some problems with the integration of another app, and Mona at customer services went above and beyond to help resolve them as best they could at their end. Coming up with a solution and spotting any potential problems. Fantastic!
