Gempages has been a perfect for my Shopify store! The app is easy to use and offers so many customization options that my store now looks amazing and unique. The interface is really user-friendly, letting me create stunning, high-converting pages without needing to know any coding. The support team is absolutely awesome. They're always quick to respond and super helpful with any technical questions I have. Huge shoutout to Justin and Ken—he helped me out multiple times and always goes above and beyond. His expertise and patience have made everything so much easier for me. I can't recommend this app enough for anyone looking a page builder.

As far as page builders go, GemPages is the best there is. Our company has collectively used them for about 5 years now (we have two GemPages accounts for our two branches), and it is amazing to see how far it as come. It is very intuitive and allows for great customization, with the only limit being your own imagination! If you're constantly upgrading your websites, sometimes codes break. Thankfully though, GemPages customer support has been incredibly AMAZING and very responsive - they have helped us numerous times to fix these issues.

GemPages is incredibly helpful! Their team is always available to answer questions and find solutions. The app is flexible and perfect for bringing your vision to life without limitations. Great for quickly launching your store!

EXCELLENT ATENTION

I am on the paid version, so far it is user-friendly and there's always support after hours ( I think their support is based in the Philippines) The best time to reach them for support is nighttime in the USA. My biggest issue is when they are supposed to be saved, there were a few times it didn't and I had to back track and waste more time. I'm not sure when this happens but I've had to hit Save every time I made a small change while working on the page to avoid it from happening again. I would love to love this app. Will change this if support can reach out and give me an explanation.

The support crew has honestly been the best app help I've ever gotten. :) They were quick and incredibly knowledgable. I feel that most support help has tiers of people you deal with and I spend a good 15-30 minutes explaining to the problem to someone who most likely doesn't know how to fix it but is just relaying to another person. 5/5 for this app!

Absolutely fantastic support. I've reached out for a few design and function changes and they respond very quickly and have delivered exactly what I need everytime.

Not easy to use, layout changes constantly when switching from mobile to PC format

i would definetly recommend it to anybody because its easy to build dynmaic good looking websites with it in a short period of time. Also the integrations are amazing. But what is the best of it is the support of gem pages when something is not working or needs to be clarified. I would rate everything with 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks a lot! Looking forward to work with gempages the next years to come

Great page editor, pages and modules load quickly, have all modules I need. Also nice and patient staff to help you deal with any problem.

I recently started online and they suggested that I create landing pages with gempages because they had left me a good review and so I did. I have created other stores with store builders however gempages is a step ahead of all, simple, intuitive and has fabulous support, they respond as soon as they are available and take away all your curiosity.
