I have been using GemPages for a few months now and it's amazing ! It can pretty much do everything. - If you need custom code from other thirdparty app it work perfectly BUT some time it require a little bit a of help - It could be tricky to add specific condition by code The Customer Support is just fantastic. I really recommend !

Even though the app is not available in Japanese, its intuitive and user-friendly interface makes it easily accessible for beginners. What's particularly noteworthy is the excellent support system. The support team provides detailed guidance with images, ensuring peace of mind for users when they encounter any uncertainties or questions. This is a significant advantage for users. There are many wonderful apps in the market, but I am truly grateful to have encountered this one. The combination of ease of use, a wealth of features, and attentive support creates an environment that maximizes user creativity. I highly recommend trying this app for anyone interested in design.

Gempages has been great to use to build my website. I have contacted the team a handful of times for support and they are amazing everytime. All of their suggestions has worked and they are helpful and friendly to understand how they can asisst.

This app has proven to be quite frustrating. The code of this builder is inaccurate and causes issues on the pages we construct. To exacerbate matters, the support and technical team seem to lack the necessary knowledge. It's disheartening that they appear to be uninformed and unhelpful.

It may have one of the best customer support services I have seen, not only on a shopify app, but in general on all type of businesses. They really help you personally resolve any kind of problem is it was theirs. Specially Thanks to Tom and Liam that have been helping me.

I like the platform, it's easy to use and very customizable. Customer support sometimes takes a bit to get back to you but it's always with action and no BS. They even went as far as filming a video for a custom coding block I needed as I don't have much experience in that realm.

I have been usinf gempages fro the past few months now. Definately recommend! I use it for all my pages on my store now, it's very easy to create the look and style that i'm after.

Excellent support. I have reached out to the support team a couple of times so far and they were always helpful. They are quick, knowledgeable and always available. Being new to Gempages, I had a lot of questions but I never got stuck anywhere because the support team is very prompt. I appreciate it.
